The fit between talents and job is calculated with a Matching Score. The score's dimensions and their weight can be configured to any client's needs. The Matching Score can be based on:

  • ✅ CV & document data: Unstructured data that can only be extracted from CVs or reference letters using the latest AI-tech

Factoring Travel Time from Home to Work

The relevance of travel distance from home to work is so often underrated - especially in blue-collar jobs. That's why ClaraHire calculates the travel time from the candidate's home to work via Google Maps API. This feature allows focusing on candidates in the region of the open position. It can also benefit the candidates themselves, making the comparison of different jobs easier.

Extracting Raw Data from CV & Reference Letters

ClaraHire automatically parses CVs to extract structured information like job titles, responsibilities, industries, achievements and progression patterns, even from visually complex formats or scanned documents. But that's just the basics. What's more: ClaraHire considers raw data from any CV and reference letter that does not fit in the traditional ATS scheme. Looking for someone with good communication skills? ClaraHire will detect this, even if it's only written on a reference letter.
